These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and intliq.ai ('intliq.ai', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). These Terms govern your access to and use of the intliq.ai platform, which provides Dark Web threat intelligence and stealer log monitoring services.

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

intliq.ai is a B2B SaaS platform that monitors stealer logs and Dark Web sources to detect when a company's credentials, cookies, or sensitive data have been compromised.

Our services include: real-time Dark Web credential monitoring, compromised session cookie detection, machine fingerprint intelligence, automated alerts, and a full-access investigation dashboard for subscribed clients.

We provide a free public preview that shows masked data for any domain. Full access to unmasked records, passwords, cookies, and machine data requires an active subscription.

You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business entity to use our services. By using intliq.ai, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Our services are intended exclusively for lawful purposes, including corporate security monitoring, fraud prevention, and compliance. Use of our platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.

intliq.ai offers the following subscription plans: Starter ($299/month, 1 domain), Professional ($599/month, up to 5 domains), and Enterprise (custom pricing, unlimited domains).

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically. Payment is processed via our authorized billing partner. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the same date each billing cycle.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our Cancellation Policy.

You agree to use intliq.ai solely for lawful corporate security monitoring, fraud prevention, compliance, and related security purposes.

You must not use our platform to: target individuals without authorization, violate any applicable laws, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, resell or redistribute our data without explicit written permission, or conduct any activity that could harm intliq.ai or third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms without prior notice.

All data provided through the intliq.ai platform is intended for security research and corporate protection purposes only. You agree to handle all data obtained through our platform in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You acknowledge that stealer log data may contain sensitive personal information and agree to use such data only to protect your organization and notify affected individuals where required by law.

intliq.ai takes reasonable technical measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data on our platform.

All content, software, algorithms, and materials provided through intliq.ai are the exclusive property of intliq.ai or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your organization's internal security purposes during the term of your subscription.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, intliq.ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless intliq.ai, our affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@intliq.ai before initiating any formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on intliq.ai. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last revised.
