Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your intliq.ai subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

After cancellation, you retain full access to your dashboard and all platform features until the end of your paid term. No data is deleted immediately upon cancellation.

Email: send a cancellation request to info@intliq.ai with the subject 'Subscription Cancellation' and include the email address associated with your account.

Contact form: use the contact form at intliq.ai and select 'Cancellation' as the subject.

We will confirm your cancellation within 1 business day and send a confirmation email.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the paid period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@intliq.ai within 7 days of the charge. We will review your case and respond within 3 business days.

intliq.ai reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in cases of service failure or exceptional circumstances.

If you are a customer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@intliq.ai before the 14-day period expires. We will process a full refund of your initial subscription fee within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

Upon cancellation, your domain monitoring, alerts, and dashboard access will remain active until the end of your paid billing period.

After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to a free preview tier. Your account data, including domain history and unlocked records, is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

You may reactivate your subscription at any time to restore full access.
